Seller Overview For your convenience, here are some essential Seller requirements outlined in the Terms of Service below. By using Degalari, you (“Seller”) agree to be bound by the entire Terms of Service without limitation or qualification.

As a Seller, you agree to the following:

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • You must own the copyright or have appropriate permissions for all content or images you upload.
  • If you sell your own items (not Print-on-Demand), you must promptly ship the correct item(s) upon order acceptance.
  • If you sell your own items, you must promptly issue refunds when necessary.
  • If you sell your own items, you are responsible for any payment reversals or chargebacks.
  • If you use Print-on-Demand, you are responsible for returns due to image guideline violations.
  • If using Print-on-Demand and an order is refunded, you must return any earnings related to that order.
  • You agree to the entire Terms of Service.

Terms of Service

  1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Degalari provides its service to you under the following Terms of Service (“TOS”), which may change without notice. You agree to comply with these TOS by using Degalari.

  1. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

Degalari offers an online selling and buying platform (the “Service”). You may receive communications from Degalari, and these are part of your membership. Any new features enhancing Degalari are subject to the TOS.

  1. YOUR REGISTRATION OBLIGATIONS

You must provide accurate information about yourself and update it promptly. False information may result in account suspension or termination.

  1. Degalari PRIVACY POLICY

  1. MEMBER ACCOUNT, PASSWORD, AND SECURITY

You are responsible for your account and activities under it.

You are responsible for all content you upload. Degalari may remove objectionable content.

  1. SELLING ON Degalari

Sellers must be 18 or older. You must promptly fulfill orders and issue refunds when necessary. Degalari may issue refunds on behalf of Sellers.

Degalari may provide links to external sites but is not responsible for their content or availability.

Degalari and its content are protected by intellectual property laws, and you agree not to modify or distribute Degalari without authorization.

Degalari provides services “AS IS” and is not liable for any damages or losses.
