Returns Policy

Eligibility for Returns

  1. You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Items must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
  3. Returns apply to all product categories we sell, including but not limited to:

    3.2. Cutlery & lifestyle items 
    3.3. Artworks (paintings, prints, sculptures, decorative objects)
    3.4. Merchandise and future product categories

Non-Returnable Items

For safety, hygiene, and authenticity reasons, some items cannot be returned:

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement, store credit, or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Return Process

Fill out our online Request a Return form with your order number and product details.

2. Receive Return Instructions

Our team will provide you with return authorization and shipping instructions.

3. Ship Your Item Back

Pack your item securely in the original packaging. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

4. Processing Your Return

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct product exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original order and place a new one once your refund has been processed.

International Returns

Customers outside our main shipping regions are responsible for return shipping costs, customs duties, or import fees. Degalari cannot refund these additional charges.
