2. Shipping & Delivery

Yes, Degalari ships worldwide. We partner with reliable logistics providers to ensure safe and timely delivery to your doorstep.

Delivery times vary by location:
1. Local (South Africa): 2–5 business days
2. International: 7–21 business days (depending on customs and courier availability)

3. Returns & Complaints

You may return clothing, cutlery, artworks, or related products within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Please review our Return Policy page for full details.
